One of our buyer clients is looking at homes that are close to the Jersey Shore so we took advantage of some down time the other day.
It was a hot day - there have been a lot of hot days lately - and there was a land breeze, making it even worse.
But even a hot day at the beach is better than no day at the beach :)
I'm also pretty sure I was the only person on the beach wearing pearls....
