On August 15, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values down to 0.3% to the price of $839,450 in July of 2019 from price of $842,000 in June of 2019, but higher 1.3% from price of $829,000 in July of 2018, While, homes sales rose 8.3% in July of 2019 from in June of 2019, and increased 6.7% from July of 2018 in Orange County, California.
There were 3.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in July of 2019 declined from 3.8 months in June of 2019, but unchanged from 3.5 months in July of 2018. An average it took 24.0 days to sell a home in July 2019, up from 20.0 days in June of 2019, and rose from 21.0 days in July of 2018, in Orange County, California.
