Zillow.com continues it's march forward into the Real Estate arena with the ability for home owners to update thier own property information. As you understand, often County records(a main source of information for Zillow property values) as well as MLS information is inaccurate(square footage, # rooms). This causes values on Zillow to be low.
This is a big move by Zillow, allowing unique features. additions and other elements of the home to be "self-recorded" by the owner.
