Have you heard about the new MLS status called Coming Soon? In this very low inventory cycle we are in, it is important to know about this status and learn how to use it to your advantage as a buyer or seller. As a buyer, it is important to connect with a Realtor who has full access to MLS listings as soon as they hit the market and those that hit the Coming Soon status. While a home is in Coming Soon, it can not be shown to the publice or even to agents. However you can use that CS listing period (anywhere from 1-21 days in Charlotte) to find out about the property so that you can be ready to purchase as soon as the showings begin.
