On February 19, 2020 California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values down 1.1% to the price of $415,460 in January of 2020 from price of $420,000 in December of 2019, but rose 3.9% from price of $400,000 in January of 2019. While, homes sales fell 11.6% in January of 2020 from in December of 2019, but jumped 16.4% from January of 2019 in Riverside County, California.
There were 4.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in January of 2020 gained from 3.4 months in December of 2019, but dropped from 6.0 months in January of 2019. An average it took 39.0 days to sell a home in January 2020, higher from 36.0 days in December of 2019, but declined from 50.0 days in January of 2019, in Riverside County, California.
