Manhattan home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 260% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 14.2% from $265,000 to $227,318. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 125%, while the median sale price rose by 21.3% from $268,000 to $325,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 800%, while the median sale price rose by 25.2% from $149,000 to $186,500.
