I made a new video this week, so far my second on this topic. The topic simply enough is Phoenix real estate news, and covers the basic statistical numbers we want to look at ( or pay attention to).
Knowing your real estate stats, and what the numbers are at this time, can be crucial. The information could be crucial to yourself as a realtor, but also to buyers or sellers so they are fully informed on the market. At we sit here on April 10th, 2020 we continue in the COVID pandemic situation. Un-employment has gone up, and folks have of course lost jobs which has led to this increase in un-employment. Will this affect the real estate market?
By posting this type of weekly video, I hope to track and inform what is happening in our Phoenix real estate market.
