Lake Bluff home sales for the month of June decreased in volume by 21.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 4.8% from $420,000 to $400,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 28.6%, while the median sale price rose by 18.5% from $472,500 to $560,000. Condo/townhome sales stayed the same, while the median sale price rose by 3.1% from $235,000 to $242,250.
