Who knew a simple calendar with the schedule of events could be soooo impressive. My last listing presentation I took a blank calendar of the month. Typed on what the seller could expect from me....agent tour, advertising when I would call to review the progress etc. It's easy and gets the job done.

I usually tell them it's just a guideline and it may change. So far I haven't had a problem keeping with the schedule. Does anyone else have any easy listing ideas?
