If your are not doing these 5 things, your not doing anything!

By
Real Estate Agent

In order to bump yourself up into the higher priced homes on the market you need patience.

1.Market yourself heavily, you do not have to spend a lot of money. you have to spend the little money you have wisely. Get feedback on your marketing before you mass market it.

2.if you want to be a top agent you have to live and breathe real estate. No time off no weekends off. A vacation here and there is  fine, but remember you may just miss a few transaction.

3.I cannot stress this enough, You have to be self motivated. Nobody is going to push you each day except for yourself. AS a great member of our group, Matt Dollinger says, It is like NIKE. Just Do it.

4.If you are not currently busy and you have to find things to do for your business, thats fine. Keep this in Mind. If you pretend, after a while you will become what it is you are pretending to be. That is good and bad, depending on what you are pretending.

5.You have to network. Networking is very important. Go to local factions, meetings, chamber of commerces. Whatever you can do to put yourself out there is worth doing.

great post..I totally agree with you..this is where I am heading to...same amount of work to sell an expensive home as a less expensive home and more money for me!!

Exactly Michael and this is the point I try to make. Most top agents accoplish their status by selling more expensive homes.
