I changed the name of my blog to try and get to the bottom of this wonderful job we call real estate and to open up discussion on many different topics relating to the urban growth boundary, development and al pieces of the real estate market.

Hi Adam - Good luck with the name change. I hope that it brings you increased traffic. As we all know the name could get them there, but it takes content to make them return.
Hi Adam. I too am looking at the directions I need to take to navigate these uncertain times. I am looking at the opportunities that are and will be available to us. I'm trying to hone my skills to pay attention so I will be able to recognize these opportunities when they present themselves. That is why I brought myself out of an early and reasonably comfortable retirement. I miss the excitement that everyday brought to me when I was an active Realtor. Since my Broker's license died of natural causes and because Oregon and California did not offer reciprocal licensing, I did not stay in Real Estate. It is funny how things have changed so radically and yet are still the same. We just need to alter our perceptions of how we conduct our business and using this technology, Active Rain, is just one great tool for us. I would love to continue with conversations about where our industry is heading and how we can be proactive to propel our respective business to greater levels.
