Why I stay busy in a down market

As a Mortgage Professional for 10 years I will always be in mortgage, its what I love. 90% of my business is based solely on referrals from past customers who love to be at the water cooler and tell co-workers why I should be their guy.  I believe in taking care of my customers so they are happy enough to refer me friends, family and co-workers because they trust I look for the best interest of each person. I specialize in purchase business, first time home buyers, debt consolidation, home equities, etc. I give $500 off closing costs if they even mention that they were referred by someone.   <!-- -->
