Wake Forest, NC Calendar of Events "SUPER SPECIAL" June 23 - 29, 2008

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with RED Properties NC #129285

Last week was a little quiet with all the preparations for the spectacular Fourth of July event coming up.  School is out (traditional schools) and the kids were EVERYWHERE!  The Holding Park Pool, the skateboard park at The Factory, Jelly Beans, etc.

This week is just as low key - the calm before the storm so to speak!  Between the Golf Tournament and the Picnic at the Farmers Market you will be sure to find something!

From the Town of Wake Forest website:

Don - I am loaded up with appointments for the first three days of the week.  I am NOT complaining but it does mean I will miss the tournament.  Besides, I don't play - my husband won't even let me drive the cart!  That is a story and a half!

Julie - Thanks so much!  As much as I may try to keep my birthday only for me we all know that can change in the blink of an eye.

Penny - They always do!  I love them dearly and we make HUGE deals out of birthdays.  Last year was my 40th and we went skydiving.  I don't think it will be anything on that level this year but you just never know with the crazy family!

Don -  I only WISH it were something like that!  I either drove too slow or two fast.  It all ended with me crying on the course and getting out of the cart.  I ended up riding with my father-in-law and my mother-in-law rode with my husband.  We don't "do well" together sometimes!  :)
