It's National Answer Your Cat's Question Day! Does Your Cat Have Questions? Can You Answer Your Cat's Questions?
ATTENTION CAT LOVERS! January 22nd (that's today!), is National Answer Your Cat's Questions Day! Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love cats. And I write a reminder about National Answer Your Cat's Question Day every year.
Historians believe that cats and humans have been co-habiting for some 12,000 years. Despite these thousands of years of co-habitation with cats, we humans continue to be mystified by the cats around us. As it turns out, cats are just as mystified by us humans! And our cats have question for us humans!
If you've ever wondered what your cat is really thinking when its sitting there sphynx-like, today is the day to pay close attention to your cat and give them some answers to their age-old questions.
If you're a cat lover, like myself, be sure to check out Ellen's video about National Answer Your Cat's Questions Day. No matter how many times I've watched this video, I laugh like crazy each time! I bet you will, too.
One question I do know so many cats are asking today and every day is "when will I get my fur-ever home?" There are so many beautiful cats in shelters just waiting for you to give them a loving, fur-ever home. Why not answer that question today and go to your local shelter and adopt one of these cats?
Here in the Charlotte metro area we have numerous pet shelters where you can find a nice selection of beautiful cats and kittens who are hoping you'll take one (or more) of them home with you. That's where we adopted our cat, Mr. Marlow... and he has but one question for me every day (see the picture below for what it is!):
