Accreditation is Important

Home Stager with We Stage Colorado- Colorado's Premier Staging Experts
It is so easy for any one to say that they are a Stager. It is an issue in many professions that are not regulated. When a Realtor or Homeowner chooses a Stager it is important that they choose an Accredited Staging Professional. Their training and experience is focused on the principals and proven methodologies that really do differ from interior design. Interior Design is focused on personalizing a space for a client where Staging is de-personalizing and knowing how to prepare a home for sale in a way that appeals to the specific target market and keeps in step with the socio-economics of a neighborhood. What appeals to a 30-something is very different from what will appeal to a 50-something. A trained Staging Professional knows this and is clear about what works. One look, just as one size, does not fit all.

Hi Trish,

Thanks for  your article and for showing the difference between stagers and designers.

Welcome to the ActiveRain Blog network.
Shortly after I started blogging on Active Rain, I wondered how some features worked or how to do some of the things others were using in their posts.

I searched the site and could not find the "Operating Manual".

I asked some questions to other bloggers and soon realized the the power was in the network since most questions had already been answered by other users.

If you find yourself in this situation and have some questions, visit the post below and you will find tips, info and many features of ActiveRain that have been documented by other members.

Nice having you on board,
