The latest Calgary real estate market report shows a crazy low number of inventory. 119% of all the homes listed over the last three months have sold. In effect, this is creating a declining inventory.
I'm just curious about how you get that 119% of all homes listed over the past three months have sold? Is that a typo?
Some pretty good options here in the neighborhood. If I were going to move to Canada, I may have to call you. :)
