Nominations Sought for Gaithersburg Environmental Awards

 

Know of an individual or group that has demonstrated outstanding efforts to improve Gaithersburg's environment? Nominations are being accepted for the 2021 Environmental Awards. Residents, businesses, schools, neighborhood associations, and organizations are eligible for awards in several categories. Activities that demonstrate commitment to environmental stewardship by overcoming challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic are particularly encouraged. Deadline for submission is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9.
