Brad, I remember seeing a mountain lion at the slider of a home in the foothills.   Would not want one of those either.

I live near the American River Parkway here in the Greater Sacramento Region.  We have an occasional mountain lion sighting.  I do remember several years ago, there was a sighting inside a home further south from here.

We have a population explosion of bobcats in my neighborhood and I'm worn out listening to the NextDoor Group of neighbors who feel the need to report every single time someone spots a bobcat. Poor puddy cat's. Brad, I always love your originality and marketing style.
