Here are the numbers for Skagit County for February. March 1st, we've started the spring market and we should hopefully see more listings than in February. For residential, new listings were down, pendings were up and solds were up from February last year. The median sale price was up by 13% while days on market was down 73%! That's a shortage and supply and demand is what is bringing that median sold price up.
See below for February numbers for each city - check out Anacortes with a median sale price over $613,000. The month's supply is a month or lower is just about every single city in Skagit County, with the exception of Concrete and Darrington (east County).
