Change, Fear, Passion - what is your dash?

By

Two links were sent to me over the weekend that really brought serious thought to how and why we do business.  Well not just business as in real estate but also business as in the business of life.  Both were thought provoking and after you preview them both I hope it will widen your eyes.  So many times we can rush through a day just getting things done when if we really opened our eyes and took off the blinders we would be able to experience so much more.

Here is the link to the first which is an article from Realty Times

The second one is a presentation slide show called The Dash

Let me know what you think..

Hi Terry (Fellow Floridan), Howard Brinton's Star Power convention in New York City was held at the beginning of August. The underlying theme (if that's the proper description) was "the Dash".  A guest speaker was Ralph Roberts. (the number 1 Realtor in the country) His daughter died tragically in a jet ski accident this past Memorial Day.  He talked about how important the dash really is!  Stay dry & safe this week!

Thanks I know Ralph he sat by me years ago at a convention and shared a book called the Platinum Rule with me.  He is a great person and I am so saddened to hear about his daughter.  Missed Howard this year had my own family obligations as my Uncle had a stroke and I had to help my mom that week.  Already paid for next year and would love to see you there.  Let's hope we all can stay as dry as possible this week.

Unfortunately, your link for "the Dash" is not working. However, I do agree with the article in Realty Times...staying positive, envisioning yourself where you want to be and living that way is essential in life. Must focus on the positive. Thank you for sharing and let me know when the other link is working, I'd love to read it.
