On April 1, 2021, Danielle Hale, Chief Economist of Realtor.com reported the fallowing nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending March 27, 2021.

Total available listings fell 53.0% for the week ending March 27, 2021, from the same period of time in March of 2020.

Time on the market declined 9 days for the week ending March 27, 2021, from the same period of time in March of 2020.

Median listing prices rose 17.2% for the week ending March 27, 2021, from the same period of time in March of 2020.

New listing in the market higher 6.3% for the week ending March 27, 2021, from the same period of time in March of 2020.

Good morning John. Some pockets have more inventory than the market can absorb in a reasonable period of time. Most are grasping for listings. Wouldn't it be nice to mix the two and level the field. Enjoy your day.
