Career In Real Estate With Fowler Realty

OUR COMMISSION SCHEDULE

Agent is on a 70/30 split (with exception of agent owned properties)

Agent is responsible for E & O insurance payments and maintenance

Technology fee of $100 to set up and maintain webpage (One time only fee)

Company referral agent split 50/50 with no transaction fee

Transaction fee of $500 on any agent owned properties with no split
