City Attorney Appointed to National FCC Advisory Committee
Gaithersburg City Attorney Lynn Board was recently appointed to a one-year term on the 31-member Federal Communications Committee (FCC) Intergovernmental Advisory Board (IAB). There is one position on the board set aside for a local government attorney. The IAB provides aid to the FCC on the many telecommunications issues affecting local, state and Tribal governments that are within the jurisdiction of the FCC.
