Wordless Wednesday - What Horse Property Buyers are Searching For

Horse Farm Buyers Funny

When asking a horse property buyer for their criteria, at times, especially those that come from the city, will state, "We are interested in a cozy, secluded 20 acre farm, with a barn and fencing, on level property for a riding arena, that has hills, trees, and streams surrounding it.  It is to be within a short distance of shopping, restaurants, schools and entertainment, as well as trails and horse shows.  If it backs up to state game lands, that would be a plus."  Hmmmm.  This is definitely challenging to find.

Has anyone come across this type of scenario?

Not with horse properties, but yes I do get my $800,000 coastal hopeful buyers.

I share as long as you are seeking a loft or a studio, I can provide. 😂

Helllo Brigitta - the concept of real estate can definitely inspire dreaming.  Real estate professionals provide information and experience that bring reality to that dream.

Some dreamers(and buyers) grasp it quickly, some realize it eventually and then there are others who continue to dream while seeing others move from being buyers to owners.
