When you decide to start the process of purchasing a home there is a lot to know and it can seem overwhelming.  Each segment of our business has it's own jargon.  I get lost occasionally and need to ask for clarification.  

This post is about mortgage jargon and specifically, the different types of loan packages that are available.  

Believe me. 

There are different types of loan packages available that suit the different types of buyers and properties.  That is why it does make financial sense to check with a variety of lenders before you select the package that is right for you.  This is where your Realtor should be able to help.

Hello Peter - it seems each industry has its own language and lingo.  It can be quite confusing to those unfamiliar with it on a regular basis so a professional in the business who can explain things in an understandable way is important.
