Professional photos make such a difference, as we all know. Of course the space has to look good, too, or good photos may not make much difference! Poor photos can really create a poor first impression, and that might kills further interest.

I agree that professional photos makes the difference of getting a quick sale and for the seller getting the best bang for their buck!  I do many of my own photos, but when it calls for a professional I go that route.  And I concur, it has always paid off in dividends!

One of my top pet peeves--photos that are NOT professional!  Makes such a huge difference. Every seller should insist on professional pics and then--look at their listing online when it's posted
