On May 10, 2022, Realtor.com reported that nationwide median list price of a home was $425,000 in April of 2022, rose 14.2% from April of 2021.
There were 409,473 listed inventory of homes in April of 2022, fell 12.2% or 49,956 less homes listed in the market from April of 2021. New listed homes declined 0.9% in April of 2022 from April of 2021.
Houses stayed 34 days in the market in April of 2022, dropped 15.0% from 40 days in April of 2021 according to www.realtor.com/research/april-2022-data/
