I've been in some form of real estate since the late 70's working and learning from my father who was a resort & land developer and one of the first to introduce Time-Sharing in the US.
LOL - I was the gift giver after the tour was over for the customer. And I thought my father would FIRE me when I had a customer that won the main prize which was a Ford Thunderbird...
3. What is your biggest fear and what have you done to try to conquer it?
Government, nothing I can do but live with it and vote!

Become a racecar driver!

Smoking, but too old to stop now...

LMFAO - GOLF!!!

Costa Rica
21. What is something that we don’t know about you that would surprise us?
Back in the 80's I was one of the first to sell Satellite dishes to the public. And also first to be indicted and charge for doing so and facing three life terms. After several weeks of trial and a VERY expensive experience, and I was found NOT-Guilty by Jury. I learned my father was always right in his favorite saying called the Golden Rule; "He who makes the most gold, makes the rules!".
After that I heeded his advice thereafter - LOL
