Brian England thanks! It is a bit of work, good news is we have plenty of time to prepare when a storm is coming. We were without power for 12 days during hurricane Irma.

Kathy Streib , thanks. It's been a crazy couple of days. Our house flooded and we're dealing with the aftermath. My mother-in-law just got power so this is my first chance to respond. Hope all is well.

Good morning Matt. Miss Ft Myers but hot having to prepare for hurricanes. This one was certainly bad and if people used your list at least they were somewhat prepared. Nobody could have foreseen the damage caused by Ian. May you recover quickly!

Hi Grant Schneider, Sandy was definitely a rough storm. We had clients who were without power for multiple weeks. Hopefully you were able to build it back even better than before.

Matthew Klinowski, PA - great checklist! How are things now down in Naples? The last time I was in Napes was about 7 to 10 years ago and I thought, gee, this would be a lovely place to live. How is Vanderbuilt Beach? Is the sand still sugary white or is it a mess? Most of all, how are you???

Hi Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP , we are getting back to normal in certain neighborhoods. The Vanderbilt beach area was hit pretty hard with the storm surge. It will be a bit before they can clean it all up. We're in the midst of renovating our home which flooded. Our area is very resilient. This is our 4th hurricane and each time we come back stronger. Thanks for checking on us.

Matthew Klinowski, PA - as they say, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. It will take time, but there is strength where there are numbers and so many volunteers. I am sorry to hear you were flooded and the Vanderbilt beach was hit hard. To survive four hurricanes is a lot to deal with. I will continue to keep the people of Florida and especially you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. From what I hear about updates on the situation I have been very impressed by the leadership of Governor DeSantis and the First Lady.
