With rising interest rates, the real estate market in Sumner County TN is interesting. Check out the September 2022 stats and be surprised.

Sumner County is located just northeast of Nashville in Middle Tennessee. The real estate market is usually steady. However, this past year+ has been crazy. I wrote one offer for a property in East Nashville and it had 33 offers. But, it is settling down somewhat in this 4th quarter.
