"Why do I have to get Pre-Approved First?".

This is a question which many homebuyers ask since they are afraid of getting their credit checked, they believe that they qualify and they want to see the house first and they are not even even sure if they really want to buy.

Those are all valid reasons to NOT get Pre-Approved first; however, this video will show why every single one of those reasons is simply wrong.

I probably won't be able to watch the video today due to time constraints, but just wanted to say - if their credit score is so iffy that they believe a credit pull would change it from approved to not approved then they probably wouldn't be approved anyway. And as to seeing the house without a pre-approval, why would they want to impact the seller (who has to make their house ready to see and leave the home), the seller's agent (who has to get the appointment set up and follow up afterwards), the buyer's agent (who has to get the appointment set up, go to the appointment, then follow-up afterwards), themselves (because they love it and THEN find out they can't buy it).
