People love it when you appear fascinated with what they have to say. Make eye contact, listen closely, let the points they’re making drive the conversation. People often forget what you said or did, but they never forget how you made them feel.  

When you constantly check social media and email, it takes time away from activities that require focus.  Instead, schedule time for social networking and responding to mail.

92% of home buyers use the internet during their home search.  However, only 5 %  of internet users click on a link on page two of the results pages.
