Syosset Long Island Kitchen Was A Hit At The Open House

Hello Sheila and Larry - some rooms can prompt a "Wow" or many "ooohs" and "aaahs" from prospective buyers at an open house event.  They are certainly appreciated as well when those kinds of responses are heard by sellers upon receiving an offer.  And when it occurs upon closing a sale - that's appreciation that can be taken to the bank where interest "pays".  

It provides some extra counter space so I can see why people would enjoy it.  A small island might be better than no island, haha.

Good morning, Sheila and Larry... in general, I'm a fan of white kitchens. I'm not a fan of islands that are a different color. But I can totally see why open house visitors loved this renovated kitchen.

It all starts with having enough space and then using creativity to make it useful space. Very nice indeed.

Most of the time we never have enough counter space. This is an excellent post with great information. Thanks for sharing it.

This is a very clean design that appeals to most people. I can see why it was a success.

I'm with Sheri Sperry - MCNE® - it looks clean and the different colored island is really popular here in Charlotte as well...I have one myself and did it when we renovated our kitchen in late 2020!
