While, home sales jumped 16.3% in February of 2023 from January of 2023, but dropped 37.8% from in in February of 2022 in Inland Empire, California.
There were 3.7 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2023, down from 4.4 months in January of 2023, but rose from 2.0 months in February of 2022 in Inland Empire, California.
An average it took 45.0 days to sell home in February 2023, gained from 40.0 days in January of 2023, and increased from 14.0 days in February of 2022 in Inland Empire, California.
