There were 3.4 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2023, declined from 3.7 months in January of 2023, but rose from 2.2 months in February of 2022 in Los Angeles County, California.
An average it took 30.0 days to sell home in February 2023, down from 31.0 days in January of 2023, and increased from 10.0 days in February of 2022 in Los Angeles County, California.
