Seattle Real Estate is hard to say all in one breath.

Homes For Sale in Bellevue, WA have nothing in common with Homes for Sale in Seattle, WA

Homes For Sale in the Green Lake Neighborhood have little in common with Homes For Sale in Ballard for the most part.

Seattle is full of Brick Tudors

Haven't seen a tudor in Redmond. This was my favorite home sale in Redmond. Brick, but not Tudor

It's a tie with this one actually.

My absolutely favorite Kirkland House with views of Lake Washington, Downtown Seattle, Mt. Rainier and the Olympic Mountains

My favorite Juanita condo sale

Real Estate in "the Seattle Area" is a many and varied thing...you never get bored, that's for sure.

What neat homes! Thanks for shareing. I love to look at homes from different parts of the country, especially the lush northwest. I'll sometimes look at some of the Home & Garden real estate shows and wonder where they are located, but haven't seen any Seattle area homes featured.

Hi Joan,

I've sold real estate in Cherry Hill, NJ, Bucks County, PA, Orlando FL, Granite Bay CA, Manhattan Beach CA and Seattle Area.

Hands down I am loving all that Seattle has to offer, both in housing and quality of life. Amazing how similar the NW can be to the NE at times. Bucks County and "Eastside" Seattle have much in common, except Seattle has the job growth there in addition to quality of life.

From my perspective, Seattle really can't be beat overall. But I am biased. I love living here.

LOL Geordie!! I'm not much for blogging for Keyword Placement. It was an "exercise" YES!!! I was reading someone's article on Keyword placement and playing a bit. You nailed it!!

Definitely NOT my normal style, but I enjoyed going back over my favorite sales and marking them for posterity.

Ardell- I sell starter homes in Cashmere WA which are quite different than vacation homes in Leavenworth WA. If someone wants to spend quite a bit more they can buy lake front property on Fish Lake or a Lake Wenatchee Cabin. There really aren't many homes for sale in Leavenworth Washington, but that number is increasing now that Spring is here.

I just wanted play along. I thought maybe this post was a good place for me to practice keyword placement too. "Vanilla Blogging" I call it - Search engines might like it, but it doesn't give the reader much to grasp on to. If I was advertising I think I would have put in a listing or two ;)
