After answering the questions, I realized there are some pretty simple techniques to extend our life expectancy. Did you know by simply eating breakfast every morning or sleeping an extra half hour at night can add years to your life? As stagers or real estate professionals, we know how stress plays an active roll in our lives. We know to well the feast or famine of our business. We are either stressed about being too busy (spreading ourselves too thin) or stressed when the phone is not ringing. It is so important that we stay healthy for our family, friends and ourselves.
