Has anyone been using Craigslist.com to advertise their listings? I've used it and have gotten tons of calls. Thanks in advance for all your replies!

I have not been actively using Craig's list, but have considered it. I went in and find it a little hard to browse through, but obviously a lot of people use it or it would not be so successful.
I've used it numerous times. It typically works best for homes in the "affordable" category in each market place. For Nashville, ours is $150K. That's NOT the rule, however, most of the agents I know who use Craigslist see the most momentum and leads from that price point.
I put all listings on Craigs List, both selling and rentals. I always get calls from this source. My son put me onto this. he lives in New York City, he says that everyone he knows goes to Craigs List for whatever they want. It does work!!
Craigslist is great...people look at all price ranges..I sold a Trump Tower condo $800,000-from my ad-made $32,000.....you just have to keep at it..it is a numbers game....
I've produce some business from craigslist, but I primarily use it to appease my sellers. They want their homes on craigslist. I use postlets.com to creat an attractive HTML code flyer which is easy to post to craigslist. Plus it syndicate automatically to other sites as well. And....it's FREE!
I have a blog pertaining to, click here.
I got a ton of emails from my listings when I first put them on, but no additional contact or sale resulted.
