Creating comfort and building relationships have been Brian Copeland’s forte throughout his diverse career. Brian jokes that he’s done everything from being a mall Easter bunny to running a successful music publishing company. Brian holds a master’s degree from UT, Knoxville in communications management and was chosen as Greater Nashville Association of REALTOR’s Realtor of the Year (2011) and Rookie of the Year (2006), selling more homes than any other like-agent in the metropolitan area.
Brian may be most familiar as the featured agent on The Learning Channel’s Flip That House and HGTV’s House Hunters. In 2009, he appeared on the new HGTV show called Goodbuy/Badbuy, as well as a special home buying tip oriented HGTV show, currently airing nationally, called “The Top 25 House Hunting Tips.”
Brian is a Certified Residential Specialist (with only four percent 4% of all REALTORS® holding the designation) and has lead national seminars for the organization. He is also known for his creative home listing marketing strategies. In fact, Brian was the first documented agent to use video to market homes on YouTube after its release in February 2005. Brian has received national awards for his real estate marketing innovations and has been featured in Residential Specialist Magazine, REALTOR Magazine, Broker Insider Magazine, iSucceed, Real Estate Magazine and Homes.com.
Brian is a licensed broker and national recognized real estate speaker/trainer and was chosen as the National Association of REALTORS® 2010 Technology Advocate of the Year. In his spare time, he's an avid cyclist and father to the amazing Micah.
