The Los Gatos home market continue to charge right through this overall market downturn.

The only indicators that the market is down at all are reflected in higher inventory and slightly slower sales. However, average price continues to be up from the same time last year.

Hi Robert, The homes in the 95033 zip sell much differently, on average, than those in the 95032 and 95030 zips. 95033 reflects mountain properties (reached off Hwy 17) and are not a part of the town of Los Gatos, whereas most of 95030 and 95032 are "in town" (with a few exceptions that are county pockets - but they sell like the in town homes do).
