We are the glue.

As we all know, real estate has  very tough.  The new problems that are arising in the lending sector are very unsettling for both buyers and sellers.  Now more than ever, we as professionals need to work together to get transactions started, and to complete them.  It is our job to get the pen to paper.  We need to keep the parties even keeled throughout the entire process.  We are the glue that makes the transaction possible.  Co-broking is a must in this market, and we should embrace each other with respect and dignity.  We all need to become "teammates" in order to make this happen.  The most important thing for both buyers and sellers is to have some professionalism; let's all try to make the transactions more inviting so that we can sell more.  This thought process will create more business for all.  There is not a better feeling than to have a client satisfied at the closing table.  Work extra hard on your next transaction on being a mediator; this will ensure a smooth sail through the real estate process.  Business will come back to you two fold.  We are the glue!

I wholeheartedly agree!  I don't think one of my transactions would still be in escrow unless I got along with the other agent.  I always believe that we have to kill each other with kindness and respect to make these crazy buyers and sellers get the job done!
