Hello All,

I am here to help with any and all mortgage questions.  Rates have been wild as of late.  Today they are hovering right around 6.375...  We usually can get an indicator of  rate from the 10 year Note but it is been all over the place and the yield is huge so we are finding no help there...  The tow biggest lenders FNMA and FMAC sold 3 billion in bonds to day and it help to rally wall street and push bank stocks up to new highs.  Still a lot of worry in the market and financing new homes is still very tight.  FHA is the place to be right now.  If any one would like to know more about FHA please let me know and I can supply some information.  I have a great power point that is call FHA 101 which will teach you the ins and outs of the programs.  It is a valuable tool for success...  Have a great day and I will be back soon...

Welcome to activerain. Its a good community and alot of fun. I would love to take a lok at your FHA powerpoint and in return I'd like to help you out with something. Please take a look at the mortgage market guide. The truth of the matter is that though the 10 yr note mirrors rates, its not directly correlated. Mortgage backed securities or mortgage bonds are directly related. I'm not asking you to believe me, just go to www.mortgagemarketguide.com , it has saved thousands of dollars in possible lost ysp. Nathan - Welcome to Active/Rain!  You will like it here.  It's good to know about the mortgage rate.  What do you think of what's happening in the mortgage market?  I have buyers that are so scare of buying.
