We are a community bank located in Springfield, Missouri, many times our clients and business partners do not realize that we have the ability to close loans in any state in the United States, I wanted to make sure that each of you on this network no matter which state you are in realize that I can assist you, I have closed loans in Virginia, Texas, Colorado, Arkansas, Florida, and Oklahoma, I would like to make a personal goal to try to close one loan in each state.
We strive for the best service possible no matter where you live and unlike many major entities that stretch across the country our location is Springfield, Missouri. I visit with the title company or attorney's office about the closing as soon as the contract is received through those connections and through you the realtor we seek out the best possible most reputible appraisers in the area. The visit with the closing agency (attorney or title company) assists in making our good faith estimate of closing costs accurate to the costs in your state.
Each time we have closed a loan in another state the closing agency and our clients and their realtors have requested we do more business because of the level of service we provide. My last closing 2 weeks ago in Virginia our documents and closing package was there a full week prior to the scheduled closing date and our funds had arrived 3 days prior to closing to ensure for a smooth transaction.
