Michelle - You're right, it really is a good deal.

We have lots of wildlife here - turkey, deer, pheasant, some bear. Hunting heaven!

Debbie: Best of luck with the sale. I had read somewhere (I think it was the recent NAR or AL Realtor magazine) about land selling and something with hunting and where to advertise big parcels. I will look to see if I still have the issue and let you know.
