Vacant 1.5 Million Condo..Any great ideas??! (edit/delete)
I am staging a huge 3 story condo near the water in a Tommy Bahama/ Tropical Style.The tones are warm greens,golds,and tans.I have a budget that I am trying hard to work within! I am purchasing all of the furnishings myself within this agreement.The staging will be for thier "model." Only the main rooms will be done not the entire home..(thank goodness) I have a tendencey to want to do too much..that's my downfall...
Did I mention that this is only my 3rd vacant staging and this is a 1.5 million dollar condo down the road from the beach...no pressure..oh and that I am expecting my first child in oh...2.5 weeks... no pressure right..!?
Any suggestions for the following greatly appreciated!
- Game Room I have an upscale bar,bar stools, and foosball table/game table.I'm trying to figure in artwork for walls that will go along nicely.
- Dining Room has large 6 person table however there is no Buffet.I was planning a mirror trying to stay away from a picture ..any other ideas?
- Master Bedroom is done in Off white/green palms gorgeous sitting area with chaise lounge....any art ideas besides plants? Is a mosquito net over the bed too much/or is it tacky? I'm trying to capture that flowy Island feel.
- Stairways-there are 2 sets of stairs and although this isn't one of the areas in the contract to be staged I wondered if anyone had any great inexpensive ideas for these areas...
I know that it will all come together in the final hour I was just getting nervous today so I thought taht perhaps a few brilliant ideas would come my way....Thanks so much for your input!!
