It is going up for discussion soon, for the approval of the Inspirada Addition. The property is currently zoned for single family homes. The Inspirada Addition will be made up of 62 single family homes on 15 acres just north of Covell Road. The addition will be west of Asheford Oaks and east of Autumn Ridge.
The homes are expected to have twenty-five foot front yards, five foot side yards for one story homes and eight foot side yards for two-story homes, and twenty foot back yards. The addition can easily be accessed by a ninety feet right of way on Covell Road. There will also be a stub out road that will eventually be an extension of Autumn Ridge. Best of all, the developers are leaving plenty of green space in this garden type retirement community.
I believe this will be a great addition to the community of Edmond, Oklahoma.
