Recently, we listed a home in an exclusive neighborhood with sign restrictions. Per the neighborhood's direction, we called their approved sign vendor to have a sign made. I was accustomed to using wooden posts which are installed for us, but this neighborhood uses the vinyl arm posts. Because the posts were normally installed for us, I was concerned how to fit a full sized post system into my car (I drive a small sedan). However, when I went to pick up the post, they gave me this little box that easily fit in to my trunk, along side all the other realtor "stuff" I regularly use. Much to my amazement, the box had everything I needed in it including an amazing self driving stake used to hold the post. It was so easy to install. I was able to unpack the system, read the directions, and install it completely in about 5 minutes. What was even more amazing is that the post stands over six feet tall and looks as good, if not better than any professionally installed sign we have ever had!
One more thing that I believe is worth noting: Under normal conditions that would have been just great but you should know that I was doing this all with a brace on my wrist and no strength in my right arm (I have carpel tunnel syndrome). I am truly impressed with the simplicity of the post driver device, I only had to lift up slightly and let it fall, it did all the work!
