Is Energy Efficency part of Home Staging?

With the changes economiclay amongst lots of things energy is now becoming a lot more expensive than it has ever been. Home staging is about dressing a house to sell. Do you feel energy efficiency is a selling point in todays market and which category do you feel this would cone under... home staging? Here in Spain they are trying to push for more energy efficient homes and by law every home must be fitted with a solar panel. That one solar panel drives enough power to give me all the hot water I would ever need but that doesn't scratch a fully efficient home.
