- How to Successfully Close a Short Sale - Presented by E.J. Simonsen, the host of CNN's Real Estate Help Line Radio Show and Founder of Home Solution Counselors. E.J. Simonsen has closed over 500 short sale transactions and will tell you exactly how to get your tough deals closed.
E.J. is an excellent speaker and successful businessman, and we are excited to have him in our office this week!
