The market is picking up across the country, but at different paces based on the market. We are seeing more first time home buyers and an increase in FHA and VA financing

I'm still averaging three sales per month, however the numbers are about 2/3rd lower than the past 5+ years. Prices are continuing to drop, with increased inventories and more REO properties.
